Fingal Head Lighthouse

Here’s another image from Fingal Head, as well as great rock formations there’s this little lighthouse. It’s quite crowded with tree’s etc. around the lighthouse so I used the 17mm lens vertically and stitched 9 images together.

  1. Great image Ben, lovely array of colour. Love the composition of this one also. I tried to shoot it a couple of months ago being backlit by the sun at sunrise and it turned out horribly.

  2. Great stuff Ben. Those trees in the foreground provide real ‘depth’ to the photo don’t they?

    • Hi Jamie, Thanks mate. Yep the tree’s in the foreground are good for the depth, I think the wide angle stitch helps as well as the soft light hitting the tree trunks.
