This is an install we did for Drifters Cafe and Bar, part of the YHA backpackers in Brisbane. If you traveling through Brisbane Drifters Cafe is a great place for a good feed and a beer or two.
The first image is Redwood Forest 250cm x 83cm, 6 panel split Canvas panorama.
The second images is 75 Mile Beach Sunrise, 120cm x 40cm Canvas.
One of the many thing that washed up on the coast around Sandgate, Qld after the Brisbane Floods. This is a 3 image stitch with the 5d Mk2 and the 24mm TSE 3.5L II with 11mm of shift and 1mm of tilt.
This image was captured on the same evening as my previous post Lighthouse Point, Devonport, Tasmania.
A set I put together from North Stradbroke Island.
I thought I would show some of the custom work that we do. These 4 canvas panoramas each measure 175cm x 70cm, they have been cropped into a chunky format to fit exactly into recesses that our customer supplied the dimensions of and were printed and stretched by us in house. The images are from the left Rainforest Arch(Fuji GX 6×17), Boulders Beach(Fuji GX6x17), Queen Mary Falls(Fuji GX 6×17) and Palm Cove(5d M2 Stitched Image). I’ll post some images of these installed in our customer’s house at a later date.
Another image of Crystal Falls, Dorrigo NP.
Another image from Cradle Mountain, at the start of the Overland Track.
Another recent sunrise from Woody Point, Qld. Single frame on the 5d Mk 2 with the 70-200 2.8L.
Here’s an image I shot this morning, I got a new lens yesterday the Canon TS-E 24mm 3.5L II Tilt/Shift lens, so I was keen to get out and see how good it is. This is a 3 image vertical stitch using 11mm of shift on the 5D Mk 2.
One of the most intense sunsets I’ve seen in a while, North Straddie is a great place, lots of diverse landscapes to photograph.
