This image is from Fingal Head NSW. It’s a very interesting spot featuring large volcanic formations. These were formed from the magma flow of the extinct volcano Mt Warning. The stretch of water to the island which is out of frame to the right is called the “Giants Causeway”. I’ll be in NSW for the next week or so shooting new images so I’ll definitly be returning to this location.
This image is from Far North Queensland, I spent a couple of weeks shooting images around Cairns over Christmas and New years. 10 image stitch with the 5d Mk2 and the 50mm 1.4
Here’s another one from South Australia that caught my eye, captured just near Burra. Single image hand held with my 70-200 2.8L.
This image is from an earlier trip to Tasmania. We stayed around the area for a few days shooting. We had some really nice light for most of the trip, this sunset was probably one of the best.
This is another image from our travels through the Flinders Ranges, South Australia. This spot was one of my favorites as it has 360 degree views of the Flinders great for sunrise, sunset, night shooting. Hills of gold is shot handheld with the 5d mk2 and a 70-200 2.8 lens. There’s a roo and joey in the image that is a bit hard to see in the web image but look’s great in print.
This image is of Cathedral Rock just outside of Hawker, South Australia, captured on a trip I did through S.A, N.S.W and QLD last year. This one is a 9 image stitch with the 5d mk2 and the 50 1.4
